General terms and conditons

Payment:

After booking, a down-payment for 20% is due, to be paid by transfer.
The rest of the payment is due 4 weeks before arrival. Please see the corresponding information in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation fees for non-entry:

Attention ! ! !

Due to the current situation with the Corona Virus (Covid-19) we temporarily suspend our regular cancellation conditions.
All bookings can thus be canceled free of charge until the keys are handed over. 
Payments made will be transferred back.

If you have to cancel a booking, the following rules apply:

Cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival: Refund of deposit, no other charge will be applied.

Cancellation up to 2 months prior to arrival: No refund of deposit, 20% of the cost will be charged.

Cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival: No refund of deposit, 50% of the costs will be charged.

Special agreements might be possible by pre-arrangement.

At arrival:

Please call Monica Tracy at +34 677 321 221 straight away to notify her of your arrival.

She will than greet you at the house to hand you the keys and give you a  brief introduction.

The earliest we can offer for check-in is 3:00 pm on your day of arrival unless otherwise noted.
Please understand, that in some cases the cleaning may not be completed by that time.

Departure:

Check-out is at 11 am on day of departure unless otherwise noted.

Early check-in (before 3pm) and late check-out (after 11am) are subject to house availability and may be requested up to 1week prior to arrival.

Pool heating:

Pool heating may only be booked on a weekly basis.

Garden- and Pool maintenance:

The pool and garden are maintained on a weekly basis.

Your privacy will remain unaffected as all work is being performed outside.

This work typically takes place on a fixed day of the week, but may be postponed due to the weather or by request.
